Die Frühlingsblumen und die Chakren
Its spring in Germany and everywhere I go there are beautiful yellow, purple and white flowers amongst the fresh green leaves and grass. The more I learn to listen, the more I hear. My surroundings, my Soul, even the flowers. They don’t communicate verbally, but they bring awareness and consciousness. And if you observe them, study them, appreciate them… then a thought will come to mind. A thought which brings a feeling of realisation with it.
This spring I first noticed the yellow flowers, followed by the purple and then the white flowers. And then I thought of the Chakras, areas of energy in the body that run from the base of the spine to the top of the head. There are 7 basic Chakras, each with a corresponding colour. It is as though spring brings the awakening of our Solar Plexus Chakra, followed by the Crown Chakra, after the cold winter months.
The Solar Plexus Chakra (yellow), known as Manipura, meaning “lustrous gem”, is the 3rd Chakra. It is related to our personal power in this world, our identity and to our understanding of ourselves as a person. It symbolises mental activities, intellect, willpower, self-esteem and the energy of transformation. Its element is fire. Shine on. Affirmation: I am powerful. I am glowing. I am motivated.
The Crown Chakra (purple), known as Sahasrara, meaning “thousand-petaled”, is the 7th Chakra. It is associated with the universal, spirituality and cosmic consciousness. Everything is connected. When activated the 7th Chakra glows with white light. White symbolises our connection to Source. Affirmation: I am awake. I am aware. I am connected to the Divine.
So, when I go for a walk every day and I smile at the world around me, Mother Nature smiles back. Her beautiful yellow, purple and white flowers remind me that by connecting with her and the Cosmos, I will understand who I am and this will empower me in this world. It is an invitation to transform and shine.

Es ist Frühling in Deutschland und überall, wo ich hingehe, gibt es wunderschöne gelbe, lila und weiße Blüten zwischen den frischen grünen Blättern und dem Gras. Je mehr ich lerne zuzuhören, desto mehr höre ich. Meine Umgebung, meine Seele, sogar die Blumen. Sie kommunizieren nicht verbal, aber sie bringen Achtsamkeit und Bewusstsein. Und wenn Sie sie beobachten, studieren, schätzen ... dann wird Ihnen ein Gedanke einfallen. Ein Gedanke, der ein Gefühl der Erkenntnis mit sich bringt.
In diesem Frühjahr bemerkte ich zuerst die gelben Blüten, gefolgt von den violetten und dann den weißen Blüten. Und dann dachte ich an die Chakren, Energiebereiche im Körper, die von der Basis der Wirbelsäule bis zum Scheitel verlaufen. Es gibt 7 grundlegende Chakren mit jeweils einer entsprechenden Farbe. Es ist, als würde der Frühling nach den kalten Wintermonaten das Erwachen unseres Solar Plexus Chakra bringen, gefolgt vom Kronenchakra.

Es hängt mit unserer persönlichen Macht in dieser Welt, unserer Identität und unserem Verständnis von uns selbst als Person zusammen. Es symbolisiert mentale Aktivität, Intellekt, Willenskraft, Selbstwertgefühl und die Energie der Transformation. Sein Element ist Feuer. Leuchten Sie weiter. Affirmation: Ich bin mächtig. Ich glänze. Ich bin motiviert.
Das Kronenchakra (lila), bekannt als Sahasrara, was „tausendblättrig“ bedeutet, ist das 7. Chakra. Es ist mit dem Universellen, der Spiritualität und dem kosmischen Bewusstsein verbunden. Alles ist verbunden. Bei Aktivierung leuchtet das 7. Chakra mit weißem Licht. Weiß symbolisiert unsere Verbindung zur Urquelle. Affirmation: Ich bin wach. Ich bin achtsam. Ich bin mit dem Göttlichen verbunden.
Wenn ich also jeden Tag spazieren gehe und die Welt um mich herum anlächle, lächelt Mutter Natur zurück. Ihre wunderschönen gelben, lila und weißen Blumen erinnern mich daran, dass ich durch die Verbindung mit ihr und dem Kosmos verstehen werde, wer ich bin, und dies wird mich in dieser Welt ermächtigen. Es ist eine Einladung, zu transformieren und zu glänzen.
